For another substation, we produced and assembled a total of fourteen Repeater stations made of precast concrete. Each building is equipped with a one-piece concrete basement and has wall and roof elements in sandwich construction with integrated thermal insulation.
As part of the project, we manufactured fifty-six sandwich elements and fourteen roof panels, which were pre-assembled at the factory into largely turnkey units. The interior surfaces were coated in white, the installation floor was installed, and doors, grilles, and building-related installations were also assembled at the factory. The buildings were then erected on site on schedule. This ensured an efficient and smooth process on site.
